Summer is over… so this summer of living on the road in a painted wagon with Gifford’s Circus has come to an end!

It’s such a strange feeling being at home again with a carpeted floor under foot, having a shower with pressure and having the Internet again! I think it will take a little time to adjust back into this normality.

I have loved this summer’s adventure of running away with the most eccentric English circus. It’s been a fantastic opportunity where I have met some of the most wonderful and talented people but it has been bloody hard work… Over the past 6 months we have covered 13 grounds and have worked sell out shows and served a fully seated restaurant almost every night.

Its safe to say that we are all in need of some well earned sleep!
